Hanson Canada is expanding throughout the world, visiting exciting new demographics to promote our programs and initiatives in different cultures. In early 2017, Hanson went to both South Korea and Russia to generate interest in our programs.
The first event was held by SOS & UvanU. Their focused markets are South Korea and Vietnam, and Hanson Canada has worked with them since 2015. Their event was held at the HJ Convention Centre in the middle of Ganggnam, located in the heart of South Korea.
The second fair was hosted by the Woori Education Group, which has also been working with Hanson Canada since 2015.
Woori is an international agent with more than 10 different nationality departments. This event had over 300 students attend and was held at the biggest fair venue in Seoul, COEX.
Most notably, Nichole Beauparlant from Cambrian College worked with Angelia at the fair. This marked the first-time Hanson Canada and Cambrian college attended an education fair together.
Both events, held on the first and second weekends of April 2017 respectively, focused on Canadian colleges and ESL schools in Canada and had hundreds of individuals attend.
During the trip, Angelia met with prospective students who have shown interest in Cambrian at Hanson programs. The events were successful at drawing international attention to Canadian immigration in South Korea and on programs offered at Hanson Canada such as Mobile Application Development PGC and Business Diplomas.
Finally, at the end of the month, Hanson Canada sponsored Woori Education Group’s European Department to travel to three cities in Russia to promote Cambrian at Hanson Programs: Moscow, St. Petersburg and Volgograd. Attention was given to our cutting edge Mobile Application and Cloud Computing programs run at our North York and Brampton campuses.
Overseas marketing events are devoted to achieving results and growing international student enrollment. Hanson strives for student successes in Canada and will continue working with quality recruitment agents to support these successes from all over the world.
