Beginning with gender diversity, over 63% of our leadership team are women who are challenging stereotypes and biases in the workplace. A total of over 55% women make up our faculty, administration, and leadership team across our four campus locations in Ontario and British Columbia. Understanding their responsibility in helping forge a more gender-balanced world beyond International Women’s Day, male colleagues also do their part to celebrate women’s achievement, transform social norms and promote equity.
