HIA Students Participate in UoW Competitions

Hanson International Academy high school students participated in the Canadian Computing Competition held by the Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing (CEMC) at the University of Waterloo. The CEMC offers high school students tons of internationally-recognized opportunities to show off their skills and get inspired by math and computing. We want to personally congratulate HIA student Sharon Lin for her exceptional effort! Sharon took home a Participation Award for her work. We are so, so proud of you Sharon – thank you for representing us.

EUCLID exam is the next opportunity for high school students to demonstrate their mathematical and computer-based proficiencies – write it April 11, 2018. Students, get ready NOW.
